seminar covering online pedagogy for teaching courses in negotiation, arbitration and mediation. The online seminar can be found here. It covers lessons learned in conducting simulations using Zoom, including set up, conduct, observation and debriefing.



If you often need to move binary payloads through text-only channels, a text and binary conversion page can save a lot of round trips. The fact that decoding happens entirely in the browser is a real plus when the input contains something you would rather not upload.
A friend of mine recommended Belmont Village Westwood, so we decided to take a closer look for a relative needing extra support. The community had an upscale feel while still maintaining a friendly and approachable environment. Staff member greeted residents by name, which added a personal touch that my family appreciated. The dining and activity areas also appeared lively and well-kept. We left feeling that residents are treated with respect and care there.
