COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS

Since the launch in 2007 of the Faculty’s LL.M. Degree in Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, collaborative links and networks have been developed between the HKU Law Faculty and the following academic and professional institutions specializing in dispute resolution:

• Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University

• Cheung Kong Centre for Negotiation & Dispute Resolution, Shantou University

• University of Versailles Law Faculty

Close professional links have also been established with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited and the HKIAC Mediation Council, with professional accreditation from these organizations obtained for our LL.M. Degree graduates. Further collaborative links will also be established with other international organizations and institutions including:
