The Hong Kong Working Group on Mediation has recently released its report for public comment. The Working Group was established under the Department of Justice and examines the public use of mediation in Hong Kong following the implementation of the Practice Direction on Mediation which has come into effect on 2 April 2009 and commenced on 1 January 2010.
